Custom Manufacturing

Part of the production in STM POWER is also custom manufacturing – production according to the supplied documentation of the customer. This activity is focused mainly on the production of various steel structures using all production processes in STM POWER.

We are able to meet your requirements and design either a turbine from our product line or a tailor-made turbine including hydraulic model tests.

We offer original Kaplan and Francis turbines and we prepare complete design and implementation documentation of the turbine from layout, technical calculations and analyzes to drawings.

Together with the technical part of the turbine we can also supply:

• substations, transformators
• lead out power
• control and information system
• equipment for own use
• security equipment
• communication equipment, data transmission to a remote control centre
